Approximately an hour from the bustling metro area of Portland, Oregon and three hours from Seattle, Washington, Coastal Family Health Center serves a diverse patient population aged newborn to elderly.  Recognized as a Tier-Three Patient Centered Primary Care Home clinic by the State of Oregon, we take pride in providing the most accessible, high-quality, culturally competent, and comprehensive health care for our patients.
