Established in 2002, Coastal Family Health Center is one of the largest Primary Care clinics in Clatsop County and recently opened our second location in Columbia County. With a strong board and an excellent community network of support, Coastal cares for approximately 7,000 patients in our area. Located in historic Astoria, Oregon (home of “The Goonies”) and situated at the mouth of the Columbia River, we are a rurally located Federally Qualified Health Center in a town with a vibrant arts community, outstanding scenic beauty, and abundant outdoor recreation opportunities. Approximately an hour from the bustling metro area of Portland, Oregon and three hours from Seattle, Washington, Coastal Family Health Center serves a diverse patient population aged newborn to elderly.
