Cobore has over 27 years of experience in deephole machining. After being part of National K Works, Inc., Cobore was established as an independent company in 2005. We take advantage of the innovative machining techniques and equipment developed through our engineering and carry on a tradition of high-quality, sophisticated manufacturing processes. Providing drilled holes with tight positional tolerances facilitates the amount of subsequent machine work being performed by the customer. With the ability to guarantee .010 TIR on material up to 40 feet in length, we can significantly reduce the amount of excess material required to true OD & ID after drilling. Cobore is watchful looking for opportunities to reduce our customers net cost. Our deep hole drilling capabilities range from .093" to 8.00" IDs on parts up to 40 feet in length. Metals worked include Titanium/6-4, BeCu, Inconel 625/ 718/718 NACE/925, Hastelloy, MP35, K500, ToughMet, Nitronic 50/60, 13chrome, 13-8/15-5/17-4/, Datalloy, P530/550/580, Copper & Copper Alloys, 4140/4145/4340, SS304-316 and many other ferrous and non-ferrous metals/alloys, and plastics.
