Grant Burton - After more than 23 years of public service with The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Grant, a member of the Association of California Water Agencies' Legal Affairs Committee, retired in February 2013, and, as Of Counsel to Cohen and Burge LLP, is available to assist public-sector clients. Grant is also using his labor and employment law experience as a mediator with the California State Mediation and Reconciliation Service

At Metropolitan, Grant served as an in-house litigator for the General Counsel in state and federal courts and in administrative law matters.
