COIMA operates as a platform for the investment, development and management of real estate assets on behalf of international and domestic institutional investors. It is organized around units focused on investment and asset management, development and property management, and digital services for building ecosystems. COIMA SGR oversees 33 real estate investment funds with over ten billion euros in investments and a portfolio of more than 170 properties, while COIMA REM has developed and managed real estate totaling more than 6 million square meters over its five decades of activity.
