We structure financing for most property types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties, through direct access to several financing sources owned by Sutherland, the mortgage REIT in which we operate. CBC Alliance Capital Markets, through a national network of Mortgage Loan Originators, offers owners and investors a range of direct lending capabilities: • ReadyCap Commercial – RCC Direct: Non-recourse ∙ Up to 10-year fixed ∙ Interest-only available • Ready Capital Structured Finance – RCS Direct: Bridge Lending, from $5MM to $25MM • Small Business Administration Direct – SBA Direct • Preferred Equity and Mezzanine Direct – PEM Direct • Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan Program – SBL Direct In addition, we can provide financing through correspondent relationships with third-party lenders such as CMBS, Fannie, Freddie, Credit Unions, Banks, Insurance Companies and Specialty Finance companies. Capital Markets is primarily focused on the SBL (Small Balance Loan) segment of the marketplace, generally defined as $1MM to $25MM. Our direct access to financing, combined with decades of success and operational know-how in originating, underwriting, funding and servicing SBL, is a competitive advantage for investors.
