We are based out of Boulder Colorado yet our team members live across the country.

Each of us has worked on the front lines of at least one safety net health center and/or primary care practice, and in our roles there, we faced the same challenges every day in the trenches of providing quality, efficient, and coordinated health care. We are here as a testimony that work can be better and more satisfying and that true transformation can happen and can stick. Together, we can change the way health care is provided in America, and we do this one clinic at a time.
