Coleridge is a nonprofit that partners with governments to improve how data informs public decision-making. Its flagship offering is the Administrative Data Research Facility, a secure, FedRAMP-certified cloud environment that enables agencies to link confidential micro-data within and across states and departments. It also provides data-literacy training to agency staff and runs Applied Data Analytics programs that are modular and project-based, allowing participants to work with their own data to address real-world policy questions and to develop open-source tools for ongoing use after training ends.
