Colette's Catering & Events is a mid-sized, full-service catering company based in Fullerton, Orange County, California, serving all of Southern California. It began in 1992 as a one-woman cake and small-catering operation founded by Colette Coffman, later expanding with Duane Greenleaf as co-owner.
