Collective Efforts, LLC is a women-owned, civil and environmental engineering consulting firm. Collective Efforts is a Small Diverse Business (SDB) located in West View Borough, near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Collective Efforts is owned by two professional women engineers with overlapping expertise in the civil and environmental engineering fields.  

Collective Efforts maintains SDB certifications with the Pennsylvania Department of General Services and as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the PA Unified Certification Program.

Collective Efforts’ civil engineering services include site planning, layout and design; stormwater management planning, design and permitting; hydraulic and hydrologic design; stream assessment and restoration; sanitary sewage planning and design; water line design and permitting; pipeline and well site design; wetland delineation, mitigation design and permitting; specifications; erosion and sediment control planning, design and permitting; and construction oversight.

Collective Efforts’ environmental engineering services include:  Phase I environmental site assessments; feasibility studies; compliance audits, engineering evaluations/cost analyses, hazardous waste remedial investigations; residual waste evaluations and compliance reporting; spill prevention plans; categorical exclusion evaluations; natural gas permitting; benthic macroinvertebrate surveys; closure plans; corrective measure studies; community relations; and environmental sampling.
