College Pro is a Canadian consumer services franchise network focused on residential exterior maintenance. It offers services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning and guards, pressure washing, siding cleaning, and Christmas lighting under the College Pro name that homeowners have trusted for decades. Founded in 1971 and based in Etobicoke, Ontario, the company partners with franchisees to grow a business while developing leadership and personal growth. Central to its model is CP EDGE, a proprietary, AI-enhanced development platform embedded in the franchise system to support progress in business growth, leader growth, and team growth. This approach is designed to attract individuals who aim to own and operate a residential exterior services business while building equity and professional capabilities from the start.
