The Colorado Business Group on Health (CBGH) is a purchaser-led, multi-stakeholder nonprofit coalition committed to collaboratively improving the healthcare value proposition for all Coloradans and their communities.  Through programs, pilot projects and studies, CBGH is the voice of market-based, employer driven approaches to lowering costs and improving quality.  Since 1996, CBGH has been helping forward thinking Colorado employers get more value for their health care dollars.  Our goal is to reduce the upward cost spiral and improve employee health.

CBGH is a member-based non-profit that does not engage in lobbying activities.  Because key members of CBGH pay for substantial healthcare costs, they believe in having a strong voice in purchasing and shaping value and quality in healthcare.  We achieve empowerment by building partnerships with affiliates, members, consumers, and the healthcare providers and insurers.  Acting in unison with one voice, with common initiatives, the market listens and promptly repositions itself to deliver optimal quality in healthcare.
