Colorado UpLift is a nonprofit youth service organization based in Aurora, Colorado, serving urban students in Denver and Aurora Public Schools. It teaches character, leadership, and life skills through a model that employs full-time, salaried staff who mentor students from elementary through postsecondary levels. The approach is long-term and relational, with staff representing the communities they serve and available year-round.
The program encompasses five areas, namely In School, After School, Adventure, Advanced Leadership, and Post Secondary, to support holistic youth development and include cross-age mentoring opportunities. In March 2025, the organization participated in an event that highlighted the importance of career-mindedness in shaping students' futures.
