History

For 35 years, Colton Commercial has been a Tempe-based family-owned commercial brokerage firm who provides professional sales and leasing services to corporations, property owners, investors, building managers and government organizations.

 In 2010, Colton Commercial expanded to offer local government offices sales, leasing and property management services. In 2014, we joined the API Global Network to provide tenant representation services internationally and throughout the U.S.A.

Through forthright sales, leasing and management services, we connect small-space building owners and managers with high-value relationships.
