Columbia Wireless Facilities, LLC (“CWF”) is a telecommunication site asset management company based in Bethesda, Maryland, and established in 1999. CWF represents property owners and managers with value-added negotiation in antenna, fiber and tower site agreements, along with effective administration of the aforementioned.
	
With over two decades of consistent growth, our experienced management team has developed a proven track record. Our portfolio encompasses over 100 buildings owned by REITS, pension funds, and national and regional funds spread across the United States.
	
CWF has successfully negotiated over 125 million dollars in antenna, tower site, and fiber license agreements on behalf of our clients. Our success exemplifies that we have a deep understanding of our clients' needs as well as the wireless carriers’ objectives and processes. We have negotiated agreements with every major telecommunication carrier operating in major markets across the USA. 
	
We take great pride and integrity in our work. CWF strictly adheres to the highest standards of ethical conduct, especially in an era that demands increased transparency. We work exclusively for property owner/manager clients and do not provide services on behalf of telecommunication carriers or their affiliates.
