Comas Montgomery Auctions pioneered the use of buyer’s premium and the innovative combination method of auctioning land in the Middle Tennessee area. Most recently, the company has developed the software and technology to successfully conduct Online-Only auctions, therefore reaching new markets of buyers and investors.
