Combs Concrete Construction services the commercial, industrial and residential industries, providing footings, poured foundation walls, flatwork, decorative and pervious concrete, grading and hauling to some of the largest commercial contractors and homebuilders in the Carolinas, while providing quality work and guaranteed services.  The result of dedicated employees and two generations of the Combs family has made our dream come true.

Our East Coast Division is located in the Low Country of Charleston, SC, also focusing in the Mount Pleasant, SC, Johns Island, SC, James Island, SC and Wilmington, NC areas.  Our division is locally operated and staffed, providing superior craftsmanship and service in the residential and commercial concrete construction industry.  We specialize in turnkey footings, foundations, exterior site work as well as individual home additions.  Our team has the resources to accommodate multiple clients and projects.
