Commercial Flooring Professionals, Inc. (CFP) exists to create flooring solutions that address performance, aesthetics, safety, replacement cycle, and fiscal responsibility in a way that honors God and serves others.

Commercial Flooring Professionals, Inc.(CFP) used to be a division of M&Z Carpets, Inc., a  70 year old family business operating three showrooms in South Central Pennsylvania.

Geographically, Commercial Flooring Professionals, Inc. is focused on serving the community in which we live.   CFP's success has been built on serving both existing facilities and new construction in the Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, York, Perry, Juniata, Franklin, Adams, and Lebanon counties.

We specialize in a more diagnostic approach when it is time to replace flooring in senior living, health care, business, education, church, and professional spaces.  Identifying what works in respect to performance, aesthetics, budget, and most importantly the staff, residents and or clients using the facilities is a significant part of our job at CFP.  From there we strive to find the best solutions with an eye toward not only initial affordability, but also life cycle cost, appearance retention, and integration with the larger mission of our client's facility.
