Created in 1995, Community Business Partnership is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization working in collaboration with a number of local, regional and national organizations to promote small business growth. Community Business Partnerships, locally known as "the CBP," is Northern Virginia's premier provider of direct financing opportunities and support services geared toward small businesses. We advance the success rate of small business owners that enables them to make a significant contribution to a vibrant regional community. Our Core Business Community Business Partnership, as an approved SBA Intermediary Microlender and CDFI-certified organization, is hyper-focused on helping startups and small businesses get access to capital, development assistance, and other support necessary to grow successful companies. Through our core business function we actively finance qualified startups and small businesses in most industries.
