Community Capital Advisors, LLC is a national place-based impact investment consulting firm. We help our clients design, create and manage their place-based nonprofit community loan funds and develop their impact investing ecosystem. Community Capital Advisors also orchestrates local, regional and statewide impact investing collaborations and is a leader in the development of best practice standards for nonprofit loan funds. Our clients range in size from tens of millions to multi-billions of dollars in assets.

Our partners have a rare and highly relevant combination of experience as, both staff at a community foundation managing an affordable housing and community loan fund, and as a community foundation finance chair who initiated and drove a community loan fund implementation. The founders have both served as board chairs for Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI’s) and have significant experience in commercial and community banking, and investment management.
