The organization serves Medicaid and Florida Healthy Kids populations, uninsured programs, and self-insured employee health plans, collectively reaching more than 165,000 enrolled lives. CCP is owned by Memorial Healthcare System and Broward Health, and it maintains accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance for its Medicaid and Florida Healthy Kids plans, as well as full accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care as a health plan.
