The CDC is the lead economic development organization in Butler County, PA. We proactively create an environment for private industry to create and retain jobs through the coordination of leaders from local business, municipal, county and other elected officials and organizations at all levels of government.

The CDC is comprised of a 32 member board with representatives from the local manufacturing community, financial institutions, higher education, utilities and government officials.

We also provide site selection and technical assistance for local manufacturing firms.

The CDC is also a certified lender and we can provide your business with information on Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Loans, (PIDA), the United States Department of Agriculture Intermediary Relending Program (USDA IRP) and the Growth Initiative Loan Program (GILP).
