Community Harvest Project is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven farming organization based in North Grafton, Massachusetts. It mobilizes volunteers to grow fresh fruit and vegetables that are donated to local hunger relief. Each year, thousands of volunteers collaborate to produce tens of thousands of pounds of produce for hunger-relief efforts. The organization's farms also serve as place-based learning environments that address hunger, farming, food security, nutrition, natural resource conservation, land preservation, and the value of community service. Long-term, CHP aims to function as a model that other communities can replicate. In 2024, the organization formed partnerships with Home Depot and Angels Community Outreach to support community wellness initiatives.
