The Community Housing Development Corporation of North Richmond is a small real estate organization based in Richmond, California. Established in 1990 by local North Richmond leaders, it grew out of the North Richmond Neighborhood House housing committee and drew early support from local faith-based groups, with the aim of reducing blight, expanding housing opportunities for residents, and improving local economic conditions.
