At Community Outreach, we focus on helping people rebuild their lives. We believe everybody deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their personal circumstances, and offered the skills, knowledge, and assistance they need to help themselves lead healthy and productive lives. Community Outreach has been providing for the basic human needs of the mid-Willamette Valley’s homeless and poor since 1971. It is through the hard work and dedication of our board of directors, staff and volunteers that we are able to stabilize those in crisis, feed the hungry, house the homeless, heal the sick, and counsel the mentally ill and substance-addicted.
