Community Shelter Board is a small to mid-sized nonprofit based in Columbus, Ohio, coordinating the region's response to homelessness in Franklin County and the Central Ohio area. As a collective impact organization, it steers strategy, accountability, collaboration, and resource alignment to improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. The organization brings together sixteen community agencies to operate as a cohesive system, offering programs in homelessness prevention, shelter, street outreach, rapid re-housing, and permanent supportive housing. Through its network, CSB serves individuals and families facing homelessness and those at risk, coordinating services across the local landscape. In April 2026, United Way of Licking County announced a partnership with CSB to address homelessness.
