COMPASS FIDUCIARY GROUP, LLC is a licensed fiduciary in private practice in the state of Arizona and was founded with an emphasis on integrity and a passion to serve its clientele. Compass Fiduciary Group, LLC serves as Guardian, Conservator, Trustee, Special Needs Trustee, and Personal Representative for Probate Estates.

Our cases are both privately and court appointed and are subject to the highest degree of scrutiny to ensure the proper care for Arizona's vulnerable child and adult populations. We coordinate the care of our clientele while interfacing with state and federal agencies to ensure that they receive comprehensive care and coverage for all available benefits.

It is our goal to relieve a family member or a loved one of the oftentimes confusing requirements of a formal surrogate appointment by being a professional and impartial third party that advocates on behalf of the individual.
