CHW was founded and developed by Frederick Brown MD. 
Dr. Brown has been in solo private practice since July 2003. 
Having been boarded in both family practice and primary care sports medicine, the practice has always had the concept of wellness at its core.  Since early 2006, it has become more and more integrative in nature, with scientifically sound, objectively proven results for a plethora for non-medicinal treatment plans. 
While Dr. Brown is well versed in the conventional approach to modern medicine, he has hand selected a variety of interventions which come together synergistically to provide a wonderful combination of disease prevention, integrated, personalized treatment plans, and life-changing, quality of life enhancing interventions. 

While the company has benefited from slow, steady growth over the years, the health and wellness work flow that has been created has generated quite a demand, and is a teachable and reproducible art.  Growth within the company is accelerating, and new members are being added to the team.
