We have ingrained it in our people that we are the ones that have made the agreement to complete the project within the approved budget, and by the desired time frame. To ensure this, each project is managed by one of the three principle executive members of the company. This means that the project manager has a significant vested interest in ensuring that the project runs in an efficient and profitable manner while maintaining a constant focus on customer satisfaction. In addition all projects are reviewed during the weekly management meetings to make sure all projects are staff properly and remain on schedule.
