Comprehensive Community Health Centers, Inc. (CCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a California Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation. 

CCHC operates six community health centers providing medical, dental, behavioral, and vision services to underserved people in metropolitan Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. 

CCHC health centers are located in the cities of Glendale, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, North Hollywood, Sunland, and Arleta.

CCHC ensures the health and wellness of each individual so every person may reach their fullest human potential within a caring environment.
