Comprint Military Publications is a civilian enterprise publisher serving military installations across the U.S., with particular emphasis on the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. Comprint holds government contracts to publish eight weekly military newspapers and 10 annual welcome guides that are distributed to all visitors and transfers to local military installations. Comprint also publishes special sections each year that focus on military education benefits, featuring colleges that offer special programs (Military Higher Education & Lifelong Learning) and private schools for pre-K through 12th grade; Relocation Guides that feature various communities military personnel and their families may want to live in when relocating to the D.C. area; and quarterly Forecast – Leisure Activities Guides that include information about Morale Welfare and Recreation programs. DCMilitary.com is the official website of all news found in our newspapers. It includes a career/jobs section to help military members search for their next job after service, assist military spouses in maintaining careers through relocations and to keep contractors who work at military installations informed of career opportunities. The welcome guides and special sections are available for viewing on DCMilitary.com in easy-to-read flip-book formats. All newspapers, Web content, welcome guides and special sections are supported through advertising and are published at no cost to the government.
