Comstock Realty Partners is a real estate firm based in Los Angeles, California, founded in 2007. It has redeveloped, leased, and managed more than 3.5 million square feet of class B industrial space and 5,000 units of class A and B self-storage across California. The company was established by Adrian Comstock after leaving The Magellan Group and the Southern California Investment Fund, and Craig Burger joined as Principal in 2012.

Notable projects include a landfill cleanup and redevelopment in Southern California overseen by the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board, and the repositioning and expansion of a 421,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building in San Leandro, with an additional 163,000-square-foot high-cube Class A facility. In May 2022, Comstock Realty Partners attended ICSC 2022 and announced plans to showcase an 850-unit mixed-use Modelo project at the event.
