Since its inception in 2007, Comstock Realty Partners has completed investments and consulting assignments from its Los Angeles office. With experience in redeveloping, leasing and managing more than 3.5 million square feet of class B industrial, and 5,000 units of class A and class B self-storage in California, Adrian Comstock left his previous firm, The Magellan Group and Southern California Investment Fund, to found and form Comstock Realty Partners. In 2012, Craig Burger joined Comstock Realty Partners as a Principal.  

From the Bay Area to San Diego, Comstock owns, manages, and develops big-box industrial properties to achieve opportunistic returns for investors. Comstock’s properties include a landfill cleanup and redevelopment in Southern California, being overseen by the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board, and the repositioning and expansion of a 421k SF industrial multi-tenant manufacturing and distribution building with an additional 163k SF high-cube Class A industrial building in San Leandro, CA.
