Conbipel Spa is an Italian retailer in the apparel and fashion sector with roots in leather goods. It began in 1958 as an artisanal producer of leather garments, later establishing a production facility in Cocconato d'Asti and by 1978 building a network of stores across Italy, becoming a reference in leather and fur. The range later broadened to include textile collections for men, women, and children. In 2007 the business was acquired by Oaktree Capital Management, launching an expansion program that emphasized new store formats while preserving traditional quality.
