We provide debt and equity capital to businesses that are seeking capital for acquisitions, growth, recapitalizations, and changes of control.  We target investment amounts between $5 and $20 million although can lead transactions as large as $50 million.  Our typical company has EBITDA of between $3 and $15 million.
