Concept Builders pursues a broad variety of projects, including the construction and renovation of commercial and multi-residential spaces, commercial offices, restaurants, healthcare and retail space. Our staff provides a broad range of pre-construction and post-construction services, including scheduling, estimating, budgeting, zoning and code compliance, bid packaging, engineering and status reporting, as well as design-build services and as-built documentation.

The company was founded in 1982 as Mark Gross Construction, Inc., a modest commercial enterprise that specialized in supplying remodeling and construction services. After ten successful years of building luxury custom homes and ranch estates, the company began a relationship with several multi-family developers and went on to renovate and build several apartment communities through the 1990’s.  Almost thirty years later those same relationships have strengthened and Concept has since completed nearly 10,000 multi-family units.
