Concordia offers a full range of social activities and helpful services for active seniors in a secure and uplifting homelike atmosphere.

Whether it’s dressing up for our monthly theme night, popping out for a round of golf at a nearby course, walking the dog on the beautifully landscaped grounds, or hopping into one of our town cars for a quick jaunt into town, Concordia residents take retirement living to a whole new level.

A true independent living community, we offer a wide range of living options, from spacious one and two bedroom apartments to beautiful two and three bedroom town homes. Our residences provide comfortable homes for seniors who want more out of life. We provide weekly cleaning, timely maintenance, round the clock security and engaging activities on a daily basis. For those who no longer drive, we offer regular transportation for shopping as well as doctor and other appointments. We have a nurse on staff to provide assistance when needed.
