Conditioned Air has been a qualified and licensed HVAC contractor, providing installation and repair services to the commercial and residential markets in Houston and surrounding areas since 1956.

Conditioned Air has a full service department to care for Houstons maintenance and repair needs.  The company also provides new installation services for new construction and retrofits.  Conditioned Air designs DX systems as well as build-outs of chilled water systems.  We are experienced in green building construction such as LEEDs projects, foam encapsulated attics, ICF walls, variable refrigerant volume systems (Daikin), and geo-thermal systems.  We are capable of designing systems with zone controls, humidity control, low ambient cooling, and partial loads.  

In the commercial market, Conditioned Air has installed split systems and packaged units in sizes to 50 tons.  Our new construction installations include multiple office buildings, movie theaters, churches, supermarkets, retail stores, ware house spaces, medical/veterinary and various commercial buildings.  We have also done numerous renovations, change outs and retrofits.  Our specialty installations include clean rooms, bio-safety hoods, and veterinary surgery rooms.

In the residential market, Conditioned Air specializes in HVAC design of large custom homes and high rise condominiums utilizing chilled water.
