Condrain Group of Companies includes a number of vertically-integrated companies throughout the entire construction industry. Our offices are  headquartered in Concord, Ontario.

ConDrain was founded in 1954 by brothers Alfredo, Antonio, and Angelo De Gasperis, as a small concrete and drainage contractor.  Over the past 50 years, ConDrain has expanded into land development, property management, aggregates supply and other subsidiary companies, but continues to be family owned and operated.  Our diverse services and long-term partnerships with our customers have made us a benchmark for quality and leadership in the industry.
