Connected Solutions Group was founded in 2015 to help American businesses affordably and efficiently purchase and integrate wireless technology. By forming close alliances and relationships with both device manufacturers and the wireless carriers that enable the technology, CSG is able to bridge and close the gaps that exist for the user who simply needs the hardware to accomplish something to make their organization better. Our sales group as well as our engineering team take the presale process to another level – learning what the customer is attempting to accomplish and leveraging field experience and device expertise in helping our customers choose the proper device catalyst for their application. Post-sale, CSG provides turnkey end-to-end deployment services essentially allowing for a zero touch customer experience to ensure the hardware does precisely and only want the customer intends it to do. These services include programming, configuration, MDM EMM & UEM, staging, kitting, storage and fulfillment, nationwide installation, extended support, managed services, and more. In 2017, CSG also began developing emergency response connectivity kits that leverage existing technology but bundle them together in custom designed, patent pending ruggedized carrying cases with high battery capacity. These kits were engineered with the purpose of providing businesses, government agencies, and first responders with a significantly more affordable option for emergency, on-demand enterprise grade connectivity. The Mobile Command Center (MCC) line of products has continued to expand into its own growing division within Connected Solutions Group and played a significant role in remote connectivity for COVID-19 remote testing sites during the 2020 pandemic.
