Then, in 2018, we became a stand-alone company for the first time in our history as CVO was acquired by Alinda Capital Partners, one of the world’s premier investors in infrastructure. Today, CVO is headquartered in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, with Customer Service facilities in West Valley, Utah and regional offices throughout the country.

At our core, CVO is an IT innovation organization that creates advanced technological solutions for the commercial transportation logistics arena. We have achieved great success in the development and deployment of specialized software and hardware solutions for government transportation agencies as well as for the commercial motor vehicle industry. In addition, CVO is a proven provider, on a national scale, of day-to-day operational and on-going maintenance and support activities focused on, among other things, commercial motor carrier inspection and credential screening services throughout the United States and Canada. Fleet-side, we leverage these national scale capabilities to provide and support sophisticated bypass and electronic toll management services for commercial vehicle operators. We provide system and program support services to well over 600,000 commercial vehicles, which include many of the largest fleets on the highways today.
