We focus intensively on helping clients in the civil sector, primarily international NGOs, when they find themselves facing transformations beyond their capacity to support. We partner with these courageous leaders to create the conditions that will ensure that critical initiatives that have the potential to profoundly improve the lives of millions of people around the world make their intended impact.
