CFS offers interim construction loans throughout Texas, including Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Del Rio, Floresville, Fort Worth, the Hill Country, Houston, Lubbock, San Antonio, RGV and Waco.

In most instances, a permanent mortgage is only available for land and completed improvements. Interim loans fund the construction phase and are paid off by the permanent mortgage when the improvements have been completed.

A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
