Consulting Excellence Inc. (ConX Inc.) was founded in August of 2001 by Michelle Saykally and Barbara Ansell for the purpose of helping companies build strong teams, deliver solid business solutions, and implement tools and processes that add value.  

ConX Inc. is a certified WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) and certified by the CPUC Supplier Clearinghouse as a WBE. We are a management consulting services corporation providing organization change management/program management services to a wide-range of customers acquired through the professional network of contacts and referrals based on past performance of services delivery.

Our Organization Change Management Consultants understand how change impacts people and what needs to be done to help prepare for change.  With over 25 years of proven experience, we have supported the delivery of technical projects impacting people and their work.  We understand what people worry about when a “change” to their world is announced and we help guide organizations through the process by developing change management programs within their project life-cycle.  Our core strength is helping organizations answer the “who, what, when, where, why” of change.  Then together we create the “how”.

Our core values and our main focus are on the individuals, teams and organizations we work with to help them successfully navigate change in their business world.  Change is a constant in business and may result from new technologies, new processes and procedures, government regulations, or a myriad of other factors.  What changes and how it changes may vary; the impact on individuals will determine the success or failure of any change.   We provide expertise on both change management and project management to help organizations be successful.
