Continental Pacific’s business strategy is to purchase vacant land tracts, subdivide the tracts into smaller parcels and sell them off to value investors. By dealing in large quantities of land, we are able to secure purchase prices at discounted market value and subsequently pass along this discount to our purchasers. Parcels range from one acre to thousands of acres and are generally agriculture in nature—timberland, pastureland and/or farmland.

Continental Pacific networks within local markets when subdividing and selling our land. This allows us to operate with low overhead and expand into new markets without the need for additional employees or office space, which ensures further savings for potential purchasers.

Continental Pacific offers financing for many of its buyers, a service generally not available through traditional lenders. As a result, we have accumulated a vast and varied portfolio of land available for purchase. We also offer land leases and have a history of leasing land for alternative energy uses such as biomass and wind energy.

Since its inception, the company has dealt in property throughout the United States, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Texas, Hawaii, Maine and Virginia. Additional holdings are located in Uruguay and Chile. We are always looking to expand our holdings and acquire property in new locations.
