Convotherm designs and manufactures high-class combi ovens for professional kitchens, a practice established in 1976. The company offers four product families—maxx pro, maxx, mini pro, and the mini range—covering compact to floor-standing units for diverse foodservice settings. All units meet high standards of design, manufacture, operation, reliability, and service, guided by a philosophy known as IntelligentSimplicity and described as engineered in Germany. The ovens provide versatile cooking capabilities with a small footprint, enabling faster throughput, greater consistency, and broader menu options while reducing energy use and food waste. Based in Eglfing, Bavaria, Convotherm serves professional kitchens with its line of combi ovens. It operates as a brand within Welbilt and is part of the Ali Group, and in 2026 the mini pro model received the iF DESIGN AWARD 2026.
