CORDA Investment Management works with a select clientele providing individualized portfolio management to meet the specific need of each client. Philosophy: There are many reasons to invest: personal goals, preservation of capital, retirement income, preserving a legacy, providing capital for charitable causes, etc. - At CORDA, our contrarian ‘value’ driven investment strategy is focused, thoughtful and smartly conceived. We seek to own businesses that have solid balance sheets, income statements, and exceptional dividend trajectories. If and when these opportunities are attractively priced, we will invest for the long haul. Importantly, we are not restricted by unnecessary parameters. Typically we will avoid the momentum of the herd and invest in what we believe are good companies that have fallen out of favor with Wall Street and the public. We do not attempt to determine short-term price fluctuations but are instead looking for long-term value via attractive and sustainable dividends and earnings growth.
