Cordeck operates in the fabricated metal products sector as a manufacturer of in-floor power and data management systems, corrugated metal decking, and metal deck accessories. The company runs two business units—Innovative Floor Solutions and Metal Deck Solutions—and all of its products are produced at a single 100,000-square-foot plant on 20 acres in Kenosha, Wisconsin, positioned roughly halfway between Milwaukee and Chicago. The Innovative Floor Solutions unit has its origins in the 2003 acquisitions of N-R-G FLOR and Walkerdeck In Floor Cellular Raceway Systems from Walker Systems, Inc., and further expanded in 2015 with the HH Robertson In Floor Cellular Raceway System from CENTRIA.

Cordeck serves the construction sector by providing floor systems and decking products, along with aftermarket support for in-floor cellular raceway systems, and it emphasizes reliable product quality and ethical business conduct. Beyond its Kenosha facility, the company operates manufacturing and distribution centers in several locations, including Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Memphis, Cincinnati, Middlesex, New Jersey, and Casa Grande, Arizona, with additional locations planned. In June 2024, Cordeck announced the opening of a new facility in the Metro Phoenix area, reflecting its ongoing footprint expansion.
