Cordry Appraisal Services, Inc., is a full service real estate appraisal firm founded by Reg Cordry in 1984.  The company now includes four full-time State certified appraisers, a full-time appraisal research assistant, and a full-time office manager.

Key personnel include Reg W. Cordry, and Kevin P. O’Bryan, the two principles in the firm. Both are State Certified appraisers in both Kansas and Missouri, and hold the MAI Designation, as granted by the Appraisal Institute.  Together, they have over 60 years of combined appraisal experience within the Kansas City metropolitan area.  Each is current in their State licensing and Appraisal Institute educational requirements and is in good standing.

Our experience and education have positioned us with the appropriate training to perform technically competent analyses.  The growth of the company has been measured and focused on our ability to allow at least one of our key personnel to remain directly involved in each and every appraisal report prepared.  Our staff has the necessary critical mass to enable us to efficiently handle any larger projects and to provide such services in a timely fashion.
