Core Campus LLC is the premier, award-winning, student housing development and management company. We currently have 2 primary management offices. Our Development Management office is located in Chicago, IL and our Property Operations Management office is located in Austin, TX. Our focus is solely on student housing and our business model is simple: purchase and develop student housing as close to campus as possible and develop a product that is superior to our competition. We specialize in acquisitions, developments and in-house management. We establish synergies between construction and management to develop and build a product tailored to the needs and desires of the local markets and communities where we invest. Furthermore, our in-house management team allows us to implement a strategic leasing plan with the ability to quickly adapt to the changes in the market.
